12 Questions to Ask Before Signing with an OnlyFans Agency

Before signing with any OnlyFans agency, get clear answers to twelve questions covering money, access, work, and exit. Legitimate teams answer all of them without flinching — evasion on any single one is your cue to keep looking.

The money questions

  • 1. What exactly is your split, and is it on gross or net? The only acceptable answer is a specific number calculated after the OnlyFans 20% fee.
  • 2. Are there any fees besides the split? Setup, tools, ads, "processing" — get every possible deduction in writing.
  • 3. Where do payouts land? Correct answer: your bank account, always. You pay the agency, never the reverse.

The access questions

  • 4. Who owns the account and the content? You do. Non-negotiable.
  • 5. What logins do you need, and how are they secured? A professional answer mentions specific tools and processes, not "just send us the password."
  • 6. What happens to my socials? If they're running your Instagram or Reddit, know what they'll post and what happens to those audiences if you part ways.

The work questions

  • 7. Who actually chats with my fans, and in what hours? Team size, coverage windows, and how chatters learn your voice and your boundaries.
  • 8. What will you change in my first 30 days? A real team has looked at your page and can answer specifically. A script-reader can't.
  • 9. What content will you ask me for? Confirms two things: how much work is expected of you, and that nobody will pressure you past your comfort level.
  • 10. How do I see reporting? You should get numbers — revenue, fans, what's working — on a regular schedule, not on request.

The exit questions

  • 11. How do I leave? Notice period measured in weeks, no penalties, credentials returned, chat access revoked. Get the offboarding steps in writing.
  • 12. Can I speak to a creator you currently manage? The single strongest signal in the entire checklist. Refusal tells you everything.
You're not being difficult by asking these. You're being exactly the kind of professional an honest agency wants to work with.
