OnlyFans Agency Commission: What's Fair and What's a Rip-Off
Typical revenue splits, what the percentage should actually buy you, and the fee structures that should make you close the tab.
Most full-service OnlyFans agencies charge between 30% and 50% of an account's net earnings — that's after OnlyFans takes its own 20% platform fee. Anything in that range can be fair or unfair depending on one thing: what's actually included for the percentage. A 50% split with a full chatting team, daily marketing, and content strategy usually beats a 20% split with a manager who checks in twice a week.
What the percentage should include
At a full-service split (40–50%), you should expect all of it: 24/7 chatting coverage, a real content calendar, active marketing across platforms, leak protection, and a human you can reach. At a lighter split (20–30%), you're usually getting consulting plus some chatting hours — which is fine, as long as it's priced like what it is.
Fee structures that are red flags
- Large upfront or monthly flat fees. The agency gets paid whether you grow or not. Their incentive dies the day you pay.
- Commission on gross instead of net. If the split is calculated before the OnlyFans 20% fee, the real percentage is higher than advertised.
- Long lock-ins with penalties. Twelve-month exclusive terms with cancellation fees mean the agency retains you with lawyers, not results.
- Vague "expenses" clauses. Open-ended deductions for tools, ads, or "processing" can quietly eat another 10%.
Is a higher split ever the better deal?
Frequently, yes. The split percentage is the wrong number to optimize. The right number is your monthly payout in dollars. Keeping 60% of a $6,000 account beats keeping 80% of a $2,500 one. Judge agencies by what they'll add, not by what they take — and make them show you how, specifically, before you sign.
You don't pay an agency a percentage. You pay them the difference between what your account earns with them and without them. Make sure that number is positive.
