5 Proven Strategies to Increase Your OnlyFans Revenue

Revenue on OnlyFans comes from four sources: subscriptions, PPVs, tips, and customs. Most creators are maximizing one and leaving the other three on the table. These five strategies address the full stack.

1. Audit Your Re-bill Rate First

Before adding a new revenue strategy, know your baseline. Your re-bill rate is the most important number in your business. If it's below 70%, every new subscriber you acquire is flowing through a leaky bucket. Fix retention before adding traffic.

A 10-percentage-point improvement in re-bill rate is worth more than doubling your subscriber count at the same conversion rate. To improve it: send re-engagement messages to subs who haven't opened a message in 10+ days, introduce a loyalty reward for fans subscribed 3+ months, and review your content cadence — inconsistent posting is the number-one cause of preventable churn.

2. Restructure Your PPV Strategy

Most creators send PPVs too frequently and price them too low. The fix: cut your PPV volume in half and price remaining sends 30–50% higher. A/B test the positioning copy. PPV revenue typically increases within 30 days of this change. Never send a PPV without context — a message that explains what the content is and why it's worth the price will always outperform a blank price tag.

3. Build a Tip Ecosystem

Tips are the most underutilized revenue stream on OnlyFans. Creators who have structured tip menus — with specific ask items and clear value for each — earn 2–3x the tip revenue of creators who tip-hunt informally. Create a menu with 10–12 items ranging from $5 to $200+. Celebrate tips publicly where possible — recognition keeps fans in the tipping habit and signals to others that it gets a response.

4. Monetize Your Traffic Sources Differently

If you're sending traffic to a paid sub page and getting low conversion rates, you may need a free funnel in between. The two-step approach: free sub page with DM-based upsell → paid page upgrade. If you're already running a free funnel, audit your conversion rate from free sub to PPV purchase within the first 48 hours. That number tells you whether your welcome sequence is working.

5. Add a High-Ticket Offer

Every creator should have at least one $100+ offer that a subset of fans will buy: a 10-minute custom video, a girlfriend-experience monthly package, an exclusive group chat, a personalized bundle.

Roughly 20% of your fans generate 80% of your revenue. Your job is to identify those fans and give them a compelling way to spend more.

Price high-ticket items so that even one sale per week is worth the time it takes — and set clear boundaries on what's included. The ceiling on your revenue is almost never your subscriber count. It's the depth of your monetization stack.
